The eVal application offers a user-friendly platform for electronically capturing and monitoring exercise evaluations. It is structured into two primary sections according to user permissions: the Facilitator section and the Evaluator section.

Facilitator capabilities include:

• Creation of new exercise evaluations while defining exercise objectives through either predefined or customized options.
• Organization of objectives into distinct categories such as NPREP, State-Specific, Company-Specific, Planning, Logistics, and Initial Response.
• Configuration of individual logins for evaluators and assignment of objective categories accordingly.
• Tracking of all evaluators' progress, including alerts for incomplete objectives.
• Compilation of evaluations into a final report that is ready for printing.

Evaluator functionalities include:

• Convenient access to a list of assigned objectives along with an overview of progress.
• Filtering options for objectives by category and/or completion status.
• Ability to provide comments and upload supporting photographs as evidence for each objective.
• Submission of completed evaluations to the facilitator.
